QUESTIONS AND INFO

Yoga practice

You will start your mornings with energizing, dynamic yoga practice. Depending on your previous yoga experience, classes will be tailor-made to meet your needs and to nurture you throughout the sail. In the afternoons you will practice breathwork and meditation techniques that will help you recognize and release stress, and will ultimately bring you closer to your true self. You will practice in different locations that will often have the most breathtaking views and sunset spots.

Sailing the Croatian coast

We will sail from Split to Dubrovnik. During seven days you will explore the islands of Brač, Vis, Lastovo, Korčula, Šipan, and Pelješac peninsula. Traveling in an off the beaten track concept, you will explore secluded locations, hidden gems, and secret coves of these islands. This way, you will have enough time for self-reflection, isolation, getting lost in nature and local culture – all that so you can find your way back to yourself and completely restore.

Experience Croatian culture

After morning yoga practice and a kickoff breakfast, you are free to spend the day and explore the daily location in whichever way you see fit. The Croatian coast prides itself on numerous pebble stone and sand beaches, amazing gastronomy, and wine culture. Each island is an opportunity to experience a part of the culture and to fully immerse in everything it has to offer. We will give you recommendations for authentic wine and food tastings and other local experiences (These experiences are optional and at your own expense).

  • Departure to Vis island
  • Tips: Visit the picturesque town of Komiža, one of the filming locations of Mamma Mia movie, explore the island’s natural wonders: Stiniva beach, Modra špilja (Blue Cave), Vela Smokva beach, be adventurous and take a diving or paragliding tour, book a food or wine tasting tour and fully indulge into the Mediterranean cuisine
